Vanilla Baked Oats

A breakfast which is super versatile, keeps you full for hours and tastes just like dessert.

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 100 ml milk of choice
  • 15 g scoop of vanilla protein *
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana for topping

Optional add-ins and toppings

  • 60 g grated courgette
  • 1 tbsp chai seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter for topping


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined and then transfer to an oven-proof dish. Place banana slices on top. 

  3. Place the oats into the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with peanut butter, berries, or whatever toppings you fancy!
